All returning guest have first option to reserve the same unit for the same week(s) for the following year. Returning guests have until February 1, 2012 to secure their rental week with a deposit. If the deposit is not received, the rental week becomes open to new friends.
All reservations are first come, first served.
We require receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation. If you need to cancel a reservation, we will do everything we can to re-rent that week(s). If we do re-rent the unit, we will gladly return your deposit - we are not greedy and it's just good business. Unfortunately, if we do not re-rent your reserved week, we cannot return your deposit.
We provide multiple sets of towels and two sets of bed sheets, if you need more, please just ask us.
We do not provide daily housekeeping and linen service.
We expect you to leave the unit as you found it, clean.
Payment in full is due upon arrival.
Rates are plus Maine Sales Tax.
We require a $200.00 cleaning/damage deposit on arrival. If you leave the unit clean and as you found it, we will immediately return this deposit to you upon departure. We only hold this credit card cleaning/damage deposit and do not process it unless there is a problem.
We are dog lovers and have a CockerPoo of our own named Doc. He has become friends with most of our renters and their dogs. We allow small well-behaved dogs. We expect you to clean up after them. We prefer that you bring your own cage and cage your pet while you are away enjoying the beach or the village. We require an additional $200.00 pet cleaning/damage deposit if you bring your dog. If there is no damage from your dog, we will immediately return this deposit to you upon departure. We only hold this credit card dog cleaning/damage deposit and do not process it unless there is a problem.
We encourage quite enjoyment of our property. Hot tub use is for registered guests only and is not permitted after 10:00 p.m.
Check-In time is 2:00 p.m., Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
